Delivery of product took over 1 month. Initial questions about delivery were very vague and I couldn't get a straight delivery time frame. Just excuses and told to wait Product was missing handle nuts on receipt. BMS software will not load on my Samsung Tablet. There is no IOS software for BMS. Delivery was Fedex and I watched the delivery person drop the box on my doorstep through my camera. Not very happy with the build. I need to run some comparison tests with my other 52V 50 aH LiPo4 battery packs. Charge time was pretty fast.
