How to Choose:

  • Check your motor's rated power (W) and select corresponding BMS

State of Charge (SOC) Management

  • Optimal Range: Maintain 40-60% SOC (3.7-3.8V per cell) for storage
  • Prohibited: Long-term storage at <10% or 100% SOC accelerates aging
  • For daily use, keep between 20-90% SOC for best cycle life
  • Balance cells every 3-6 months if not used regularly

Temperature Control Guidelines

  • 15-25°C: Ideal environment (<2% annual capacity degradation)
  • -20°C to 45°C: Permissible operating range (requires SOC control)
  • 50°C or <-30°C: Strictly prohibited (serious hazard risk)
  • Allow battery to reach room temperature before charging if cold

Physical Protection & Handling

  • Avoid compression, impact, or vibration (even with ABS casing)
  • Keep away from metal objects, tools, and conductive materials
  • Store in dry environment with 30-70% relative humidity
  • Use original packaging for transportation when possible
