  • State of Charge (SOC) Management: Optimal storage at 40-60% SOC (3.7-3.8V per cell). Avoid long-term storage at <10% or 100% SOC to prevent accelerated aging.
  • Temperature Control: Ideal operating environment is 15-25°C (<2% annual degradation). Permissible range is -20°C to 45°C (with SOC control). Operation at ≥50°C or ≤-30°C is strictly prohibited due to hazard risk.
  • Physical Protection: Avoid compression and impact (even with ABS casing). Keep away from metal objects to prevent short circuits.
  • Long-term Storage (>1 month): Perform periodic brief charge/discharge cycles to maintain lithium-ion activity. Recommended: shallow cycle (30%→80%) every 3 months.
