Dangerous Goods & Safe Packaging

Lithium battery packs are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods in international freight. Because every BOOANT battery is individually built-to-order rather than mass-produced off the shelf, we take extra engineering care in physical protection. Each pack is secured with multi-layer heavy-duty insulation, industrial shock-absorbing foam, and puncture-resistant reinforced outer packaging to ensure complete thermal and physical integrity throughout international transit via dedicated battery logistics channels.

Build-to-Order & Processing Time

To ensure maximum performance and safety, we do not store pre-built battery packs. Lithium cells naturally suffer from gradual self-discharge and calendar aging when kept in prolonged warehouse storage, which reduces overall cycle life. Instead, we procure brand-new, factory-fresh genuine Samsung cells directly from authorized distributors upon order confirmation.

Precision spot-welding, BMS wiring, thermal sealing, and rigorous full charge-discharge quality control testing typically take 7–10 business days. Processing may be slightly extended during statutory holidays or peak production seasons. Once your custom build clears final QA testing and is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your carrier tracking information.

We ship from Hong Kong to select international destinations. The following timeframes are estimates only and are calculated from the moment of dispatch (excluding build/processing time):

Tracking Timeline

After your package passes Hong Kong customs and departs, tracking will not update until it clears destination customs and is scanned by the local carrier. This silent period is completely normal and can last several business days. For detailed tracking information, visit our Order Tracking page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Tax-Inclusive DDP Shipping: For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, and Australia, all customs clearance fees, import duties, and VAT/taxes are fully covered by BOOANT. There are no hidden fees or extra tax collection upon doorstep delivery.
• For destinations outside of the countries listed above, import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance charges are determined by local port authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
• We are required by regulatory law to provide accurate declarations for all battery shipments. We cannot mark battery parcels as gifts or understate commercial values.
• Local customs inspections or regulatory checks may occasionally result in delivery transit delays beyond the original carrier estimates.

Factors Beyond Our Control

International shipping involves many variables that are outside our control and may cause delays, including:

• Customs inspections and clearance procedures
• Carrier operational delays or capacity issues
• Severe weather conditions or natural events
• Holiday peak season backlogs
• Local delivery service disruptions in the destination country

We work diligently to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. However, these factors mean we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for lithium battery shipments
• We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses
• Some countries restrict or prohibit lithium battery imports. It is your responsibility to verify that our products can be legally imported into your country before ordering
