Dangerous Goods Compliance

Lithium batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods under international transport regulations. All our batteries are tested and certified to UN38.3 standards. Our packaging meets IATA, IMDG, and ADR requirements for air, sea, and road transport. We take compliance seriously — this is not an area where corners can be cut.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

We ship from Hong Kong to select international destinations. The following timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Timeline

After your package passes Hong Kong customs and departs, tracking will not update until it clears destination customs and is scanned by the local carrier. This silent period is completely normal and can last several business days. For detailed tracking information, visit our Order Tracking page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
  • Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering if you have questions about potential charges.
  • We are required by law to declare the full value of the shipment. We cannot mark items as gifts or understate the value.
  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Factors Beyond Our Control

International shipping involves many variables that are outside our control and may cause delays, including:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural events
  • Holiday peak season backlogs
  • Local delivery service disruptions in the destination country

We work diligently to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. However, these factors mean we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for lithium battery shipments
  • We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses
  • Some countries restrict or prohibit lithium battery imports. It is your responsibility to verify that our products can be legally imported into your country before ordering
