Warranty Policy Overview
BOOANT stands behind our engineering. We provide a limited warranty on all custom packs covering manufacturing defects, BMS firmware issues, and cell degradation outside of normal wear. Please note that warranty does not extend to systems damaged by uncontrolled external modifications, shorts, or water ingress beyond IP rating limits.
