100% BRAND-NEW GRADE-A CELL MATCHING
A custom battery pack is only as strong as its weakest cell. BOOANT follows a strict zero-recycled-cell policy: every pack is built with 100% brand-new, premium Grade-A lithium cells. Before assembly, each cell is screened and grouped by capacity, internal resistance, and voltage, so the cells inside one pack share the load evenly and age at the same rate. The result is stable output and a longer, more predictable service life.
RIGID CELL ISOLATION & HONEYCOMB FRAMEWORK
Vibration and impacts are the silent killers of electric mobility batteries. BOOANT mounts every cell in a rigid ABS honeycomb holder, so each cell is mechanically isolated from its neighbors, with a small air gap around it. The framework absorbs shocks from rough trails, stops cells from rubbing against each other, and protects the pack against the internal short circuits that vibration can cause.
DUAL-PULSE DIGITAL SPOT WELDING
We never solder on cell terminals. The heat damages the cells, and the joints are inconsistent. BOOANT packs are joined with dual-pulse digital spot welders that fuse pure nickel busbars to the cells with short, precisely controlled energy pulses. Joint resistance stays low and consistent across the whole pack, which is what a high-discharge battery needs from its current paths.
SMART BMS PROTECTION & HEAVY-GAUGE WIRING
The BMS is the brain of the pack. Our smart BMS boards, mounted on aluminum heat sinks, monitor voltage, current, and temperature in real time and protect against overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, and short circuits. Power runs through high-temperature silicone cables, with the gauge matched to each pack's current rating, and the balance leads are routed and secured so nothing chafes loose in service.
EVERY PACK BENCH-TESTED BEFORE IT SHIPS
Every finished BOOANT pack runs a full charge and discharge cycle on our test bench before it is packed. We record the delivered capacity, the energy, and the round-trip efficiency, and compare them against the pack's rating. A pack only ships if its measured capacity reaches at least 95% of that rating. The test report for your own pack is available on request.
