We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your options when a product is not quite right — whether you've changed your mind or received something in unexpected condition.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Time window: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase: Your order number is required.

What Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Customized products — battery packs built to your specified requirements (connectors, casings, configurations) are non-returnable once shipped. This does not affect your rights under our Warranty Policy.
  • Clearance or final sale items — marked as such at the time of purchase.
  • Products with visible wear — any signs of use, installation, or modification void the return eligibility.

Return Scenarios

A. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or does not match your order specifications:

  1. Contact us at support@booant.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense — no return shipping cost to you.

B. Change of Mind

If the product is fine but you no longer want it:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. The product must be unused and in original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  4. Once received and inspected, we refund the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for opened items.

⚠ Important: Returning Lithium Batteries

Lithium batteries are classified as Class 9 dangerous goods for transport. Do not simply drop them in the mail.

  • Contact us first before shipping anything back.
  • We will issue a prepaid return label or arrange collection where feasible.
  • Ensure the battery is discharged to approximately 30% before return shipping.
  • Never use standard air mail for lithium batteries.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
  • What's refunded: Full product price for damaged/incorrect items. Product price minus original shipping (and any restocking fee) for change-of-mind returns.
  • Non-refundable: Original shipping costs (change-of-mind returns), customs duties or import taxes already paid.

Customs Duties and Taxes on Returns

  • We are not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes incurred during the return shipping process.
  • If a return shipment is refused at customs due to unpaid duties and abandoned, we cannot issue a refund.
  • We recommend clearly marking return shipments as "Returned Goods" to help minimize customs complications.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@booant.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us the reason for return and attach photos if relevant.
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions specific to your situation.
  4. Ship the product only after receiving our confirmation and shipping guidance.
