⚠️ Important: Understanding Your Tracking Timeline
Your battery is shipped from Hong Kong under dangerous goods regulations (UN38.3). Here is what to expect:
1. The "Silent Period"
After your package passes Hong Kong customs and departs, tracking will not update until it clears destination customs and is scanned by the local carrier. This silent period is completely normal and can last several business days.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
The following timeframes are estimates only, based on typical delivery performance. They are not guaranteed.

4. Customs Delays
Occasionally, packages are held for inspection by destination customs. This is beyond our control but is a normal part of shipping lithium batteries internationally. If customs requests additional information, we will assist promptly.

Why is my tracking not updating?
Your battery is likely in transit between Hong Kong and your destination country. Tracking resumes once it clears destination customs and is scanned by the local carrier.
Can't find your tracking number?
Your tracking number is sent to the email you provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam folder. The subject line contains your order number.
Tracking not updated for more than 10 business days?
If your tracking has not updated beyond the expected silent period, please email us. We will investigate and get back to you within 24 hours.
