We offer 24V LiFePO4 packs for marine use, and 36V to 72V lithium-ion packs for eBikes, electric motorcycles, scooters, and custom builds. Packs come in triangle PVC wrap and metal case styles, and every pack is built to order and bench tested.

Match the pack voltage to your system voltage first, then check your controller and motor ratings. A 52V pack on a 48V bike is a common upgrade, but check four things first: controller maximum voltage, motor voltage rating, display voltage setting, and a 58.8V charger. Do not mix voltages on a system that is not rated for them.

Our 24V packs use LTT 32700 LiFePO4 cells, and our 36V to 72V packs use genuine Samsung 21700 50G and 50S cells. We do not use other cell brands or models in our standard packs, and special cell pairings on custom orders are confirmed by engineering.

Standard pairing is 24V with LTT 32700 and 36V to 72V with Samsung 50G or 50S, and we select the BMS for your motor, controller current, and size. Every custom pack is built to order and bench tested.

Compare packs by Wh first, because Wh is voltage multiplied by Ah, and Ah alone does not compare packs of different voltages. Choose Ah by range: a higher Wh gives longer range on the same motor, and our standard capacities increase in 5Ah steps. Tell us your motor and daily range if you are not sure.

On standard products you choose a BMS current tier at checkout, but you do not choose the JBD or JK brand, because we select the brand for you based on your motor power, controller current, and battery size. JBD is our standard for most packs, and JK is larger in size and has higher standby drain, so it only fits certain high power and large packs. The BMS protects the pack from overcharge, over discharge, overcurrent, short circuit, and high temperature, and it balances the cells during charging.

Use your controller battery current, also called line current, not its phase or peak current. Choose a BMS whose continuous current is equal to or higher than that number, because a BMS smaller than your controller current will cut out under load. Tell us your controller model and current if you do not know it, and we will match it for you.

Measure your compartment in length, width, and height, and tell us those numbers with your motor model and controller current. Leave room for cables and ventilation, and do not reshape a standard pack to fit, because standard layouts are not redesigned for a single fit request. If your compartment is too small, tell us the size and we will advise the closest standard or custom option.

Yes, for both, but voltage alone does not guarantee fit. For eBike conversions, check your motor voltage, controller current, and compartment size first. For electric motorcycles, check the same three things, plus your controller connector and current, because high power builds need higher current BMS and connectors. Tell us your vehicle, motor, and controller details, and we will confirm fit before you order.

Choose by current and by your controller connector: Anderson SB50 is rated for 50A and becomes the bottleneck on a 60A BMS tier, XT90-S is about 90A, QS8 is about 180A, and QS10 or copper lugs are for 220A and above. Tell us your controller connector if you are not sure, and note any connector or cable length change in your order, because every pack is built to order.

Build takes about 7 to 10 working days after ordering, and delivery takes about 15 to 20 working days after tracking, for about 22 to 30 working days in total. Carriers are FedEx or UPS for North America, DPD for Europe, Evri for the UK, and Australia-wide delivery for Australia, all with duties included. All times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and delays can come from cell supply, customs, carrier handling, holidays, peak season, and weather.

The warranty covers the battery pack itself for 2 years, with 600 cycles for 50G and 500 cycles for 50S to 70% capacity, and 2000 cycles or more at 80% depth of discharge for 24V LiFePO4, whichever comes first. Capacity is judged by the full charge SOH shown on the Bluetooth BMS at normal room temperature, with 70% to 100% counted as normal.
