We analyze your controller max voltage and battery current, Line Current for Fardriver or Max Battery Current for Kelly, not motor phase current. We check BMS continuous stays above controller battery current, with headroom.
2. Physical Validation
Our team verifies your compartment dimensions, foam 3mm to 5mm per side, cable bend 15mm to 20mm, and battery mounting feasibility for a secure, vibration-resistant fit.
