HIGH VOLTAGE

Power for E-Motorcycles

Electric motorcycles need more than a commuter pack. Our 60V line runs 16S packs with BMS options up to 100A, built for motors up to 5000W. That is the difference between keeping up on the road and falling behind it.

GENUINE SAMSUNG

The Right Cell for Each Pack

Not every 60V pack uses the same cell. Our 20Ah and 30Ah packs run genuine Samsung 50G cells, while the 40Ah steps up to Samsung 50S for higher discharge current. Same genuine Samsung quality, matched to what each pack is built to do.

BUILT TOUGH

Tough Where It Counts

Our metal-case packs ship with a fireproof safety bag, and every 60V pack runs a smart BMS that watches voltage, temperature, and cell balance. Rough roads stay a riding problem, not a battery problem.

60V Battery FAQ

Answers about our 60V packs: the 20Ah, 30Ah, and 40Ah models, and custom builds.

Our 60V packs are all built with genuine Samsung cells: a 20Ah metal case (1200Wh), a 30Ah in PVC or metal case (1800Wh), and a 40Ah PVC pack (2400Wh). All run 16S with a smart BMS and carry a 2-year warranty.

Same energy, different case. Each holds 96 Samsung 50G cells (1800Wh). The PVC pack is the lighter soft-pack option, while the metal case is a 1.2mm stainless steel shell and ships with a fireproof safety bag. Pick PVC for lighter weight, and metal for a tougher shell.

By range and motor. The 20Ah (1200Wh) suits shorter rides, the 30Ah (1800Wh) suits daily riding, and the 40Ah (2400Wh) suits the longest rides. Then match the BMS to your motor: the 20Ah goes up to 2000W, the 30Ah up to 2500W, and the 40Ah offers a 100A option for motors up to 5000W.

It depends on your weight, speed, terrain, and how hard you throttle. As a guide, at 15-20Wh per mile with pedal assist, the 20Ah (1200Wh) runs roughly 60-80 miles in theory, the 30Ah (1800Wh) roughly 90-120 miles, and the 40Ah (2400Wh) roughly 120-160 miles. Real range drops with speed, hills, and throttle use.

If you ride hills, carry weight, or want more top speed, yes. A 60V pack delivers more power than 48V or 52V at the same current, so hills and heavy loads feel easier. Check that your controller and motor are rated for 60V before you switch.

Yes, we build custom packs all the time. Tell us your frame size, the capacity you want, and your connectors, and we will build a 60V pack with genuine Samsung cells, a PVC wrap or metal case, and a smart Bluetooth BMS to fit. Start from the Build Your Battery page.
