Our 52V packs are all built with genuine Samsung cells: a 20Ah triangle (1040Wh), a 30Ah in PVC, triangle, or metal case (1560Wh), and a 50Ah metal case (2600Wh). All use a smart BMS and carry a 2-year warranty.

Same energy, different shape and case. Each holds 84 Samsung 50G cells (1560Wh). The PVC pack is the standard soft-pack shape, the triangle pack fits a frame triangle, and the metal cases add an LCD display and a fireproof safety bag. BMS options go up to 60A, so pick the shape that fits your frame, then match the BMS to your motor.

By range and motor. The 20Ah (1040Wh) is the lightest for daily commutes, the 30Ah (1560Wh) is the sweet spot for longer rides, and the 50Ah (2600Wh) is for maximum range. Then match the BMS option to your motor: the 20Ah goes up to 2000W, the 30Ah up to 2500W, and the 50Ah offers 40A, 60A, and 80A options, with the 60A option rated up to 2500W.

Yes, it is a common upgrade, but check four things first: your controller's maximum voltage and capacitor rating, your motor's voltage rating, your display's voltage setting, and that you charge with a 58.8V charger. Get those right, and you get slightly higher top speed, better acceleration, and more torque on hills.

It depends on your weight, speed, and whether you use throttle or pedal assist. As a guide, at 15-20Wh per mile with pedal assist, the 20Ah (1040Wh) runs roughly 50-70 miles in theory, the 30Ah (1560Wh) roughly 75-105 miles, and the 50Ah (2600Wh) roughly 130-170 miles. Real range drops with throttle use, speed, hills, and load.
