We ship lithium batteries from Hong Kong to select international destinations including the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Dangerous Goods Compliance
Lithium batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods under international transport regulations (UN38.3). All shipments comply with IATA, IMDG, and ADR requirements. Your tracking will not update during the transit period between Hong Kong departure and destination customs clearance. This is completely normal.

Estimated Delivery Times
- United States (FedEx): ~10-15 business days
- Canada (FedEx): ~15-20 business days
- Europe (DHL): ~15-20 business days
- United Kingdom (Evri): ~15-20 business days
- Australia (Australia Post): ~10-15 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may require additional time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for lithium battery shipments. Some countries restrict lithium battery imports; it is your responsibility to verify import eligibility before ordering.
