RANGE LADDER

Range for the Whole Commute

Our 30Ah pack holds 1080Wh, the 40Ah holds 1440Wh, and the 60Ah holds 2160Wh, all built with genuine Samsung cells.

MOTOR FIT

Sized for City Motors

36V is the commuter voltage, and our packs are built for it: motors from 250W to 1000W are the sweet spot, with BMS options up to 50A for stronger DIY builds up to 1500W. Match the BMS to your controller's battery current, and hills get a lot easier.

SMART BMS

Checked on Your Phone

Every 36V pack runs a smart Bluetooth BMS that reports single-cell voltage, balance, and temperature to your phone. Choose a blue PVC wrap or a metal case with an LCD display, and every pack carries a 2-year warranty.

36V Battery FAQ

Answers about our 36V packs: the 30Ah, 40Ah, and 60Ah models, and custom builds.

Same battery inside, different case. Both hold 60 Samsung cells (10S6P, 1080Wh) with the same 30A, 40A, and 50A BMS options. The blue PVC pack is smaller and lighter at 230 × 135 × 75 mm, while the metal case is 300 × 190 × 90 mm, adds an LCD display, and comes with a fireproof safety bag. Pick PVC for a tight frame and easy fit, and metal for a tougher shell and a screen.

By range. The 30Ah (1080Wh) suits daily commuting, the 40Ah (1440Wh) suits longer commutes, and the 60Ah (2160Wh) suits the longest rides and heavy daily mileage. All three use Samsung cells and top out at 1500W, so the choice is mostly about how far you ride between charges, not about power.

Motors rated 250W to 1000W are the sweet spot for all our 36V packs, from city hub motors to 500W-750W mid-drives. For stronger DIY builds up to 1500W, pick the 50A BMS option. Check your controller's battery current, not just the motor watts, when you size the pack.

It depends on your weight, speed, and how much you pedal. As a guide, at 15-20Wh per mile with pedal assist, the 30Ah (1080Wh) runs roughly 55-70 miles in theory, the 40Ah (1440Wh) roughly 70-95 miles, and the 60Ah (2160Wh) roughly 105-140 miles. Real range drops with hills, speed, and load.
