Motor Pairing
Use controller battery current, not motor watts alone, to choose a BMS.
- QS205 V3 Hub, 3kW to 8kW: Use 72V 40Ah or 50Ah class with 150A plus BMS, if your controller draws that much.
- QS138 Mid Motor: Use 72V 50S with up to 200A continuous class, if your controller draws that much.
- MXUS 3K-Turbo / Leaf Motor: Use 72V 40Ah 50G class for efficient cruising, if your controller current fits that tier.
Heavy-Duty Connectors
Match connector and wire to your BMS current.
- QS8 Anti-Spark: Standard for Bomber packs, for high current tiers.
- QS10: For 220A plus tiers, QS8 alone is not enough, choose QS10.
- Do not choose SB50 or XT90-S here: SB50 is 50A, XT90-S is 90A, both will bottleneck 180A plus tiers.
- Wire: Heavy-gauge silicone wire matched to your BMS current, tell us your current when ordering.
EEB Steel Box Fitment Guidelines
Standard Stealth Bomber and EEB steel frame boxes are listed as approx. 140mm Width x 200mm Depth x 360mm plus Height. Measure your clear space after foam and wiring, not just the box size.
EVA foam 3 to 5mm on both side walls reduces clear width by 6 to 10mm. A pack that is exactly 140mm wide will not fit with foam and wiring, so measure clear width first.

Q: Will a 72V 60Ah pack fit inside a standard EEB steel frame?
A: Check first. 60Ah is large. Measure clear width after foam and wiring, then send your measurements before ordering. Do not assume a standard box fits every 60Ah build.
Q: Why use QS8 Anti-Spark for Stealth Bomber builds?
A: A 72V pack can spark on connection and damage pins without anti-spark. Use QS8 for high current tiers, and QS10 for 220A plus tiers.
Q: Can I request custom dimensions if my controller is inside the box?
A: Yes. Measure the remaining clear space after the controller, then submit those dimensions in the custom form, with your tier and controller model.
