Quick answer: Pick your region below to see real shipment examples for that region. E-bike packs from 36V to 72V use genuine Samsung 50G and 50S cells, 24V packs use LTT LiFePO4 cells, not Samsung. All packs are built to order and bench tested before shipment.
How Your Battery Ships
Built Fresh To Order
Assembly takes about 7 to 10 working days after you order. There is no shelf stock, your pack is built for your voltage, Ah and BMS current.
Bench Tested Before Shipment
Every pack is fully charge and discharge tested before packing, to verify capacity, BMS balance and thermal safety.
Hong Kong Customs, Then Tracking
Packs pass Hong Kong customs battery safety inspection, then we provide your tracking number. Tracking may stay silent until destination customs clears it, that is normal.
Delivered In 15 To 20 Working Days
After tracking is provided, delivery takes about 15 to 20 working days. US and Canada use FedEx or UPS, Europe uses DPD, UK uses Evri, Australia uses a dedicated Australia line, all DDP for US, CA, EU, UK and AU.

Q: Why do you only show state or city, not full addresses?
A: To protect customer privacy. We publish destination to state, province or city only, never names, street addresses, phone numbers or tracking numbers.
Q: My region is not listed, can you still ship to me?
A: Regions above are where shipment examples are published. For other destinations, open the custom form and tell us your country, we will confirm carrier and DDP terms before you pay.
Q: Why is my tracking silent for several days?
A: After Hong Kong customs, tracking will not update until destination customs clears it and the local carrier scans it. That silent period is normal and can last several business days.
