Before ordering, cut out a simple cardboard template matching these dimensions and place it inside your bike triangle. Make sure your frame has enough clearance for the 90 mm width and cable routing.

Which BMS option should I choose: 30A, 40A, or 50A?

Match the BMS continuous rating to your motor controller limit:

• 30A BMS: Perfect for 48V/52V 750W–1000W setups (like Bafang BBS02 or stock direct-drive hub motors).

• 40A BMS: Ideal for 1000W–1500W systems (like Bafang BBSHD with upgraded current limits).

Every single pack is built with 56 genuine Grade-A Samsung INR21700-50G cells in a 14S4P configuration. We never mix generic or B-grade cells. You can verify real-time individual cell voltages and balance health directly inside the Bluetooth app.

How does the Smart JBD Bluetooth app work?

Simply download the free xiaoxiangBMS (or compatible JBD app) on iOS or Android. Connect to the battery via Bluetooth without pairing passwords.

The app shows live pack voltage, individual cell delta, real-time discharge/charge amps, battery temperature, and remaining capacity in real time.

How long does a full charge take with the included 5A charger?

A full charge from empty takes approximately 4.0 to 4.5 hours using the included 58.8V 5A aluminum fast charger. The built-in cooling fan runs during high-rate charging, and power shuts off automatically once the battery hits 58.8V.

What is covered under the 2-Year Warranty?

We provide a full 2-year warranty covering the internal cell pack integrity, BMS board, and included 5A charger against manufacturer defects. If you experience unexpected capacity drop or hardware faults under normal riding conditions, we provide replacement parts or pack service.
