How do I make sure this triangle battery will fit inside my bike frame?
Measure the inside triangle space of your frame using a tape measure or a cardboard cutout.
You need a minimum clearance of 375 mm (14.76") on the bottom, 235 mm (9.25") in height, and 90 mm (3.54") in pack thickness.
Should I select the 30A, 40A, or 50A BMS version for my motor kit?
Choose based on your controller's continuous power needs:
• 30A BMS (90A Peak): Best for 1000W motors like Bafang BBS02 or standard hub kits.
• 40A BMS (120A Peak): Ideal for 1500W high-torque setups like Bafang BBSHD.

Yes. Every pack contains 78 authentic Samsung INR21700-50G Grade-A cells in a 13S6P layout.
We do not use generic cells or exaggerate capacities. You get a true 1440Wh pack built to retain over 80% capacity after 800 charge cycles.
How does the Bluetooth app work, and do I need to keep it connected while riding?
The JBD app lets you monitor individual cell voltages, temperature sensors, battery health, and toggle output on/off.
You do not need to keep your phone connected while riding. The internal JBD BMS handles all thermal and over-current protection automatically in real time.
Can I use my existing 48V charger, or should I use the included 5A charger?
We recommend using the included 54.6V 5A fast charger. It charges the entire 30Ah pack in roughly 6 hours with active fan cooling.
Standard 48V chargers with a 54.6V cutoff plug will work, but a standard 2A brick will take 15+ hours to fully charge this pack.
How is the battery shipped, and what does the 2-Year warranty cover?
Batteries are shipped via hazmat-certified ground freight with tracking provided upon dispatch.
Our 2-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects on internal Samsung cells, the JBD BMS board, power switch, and the 5A fast charger.
