LED Status Indicator Guide

Solid Red Light: The high-current loop is active and actively pushing steady amps. Charging is successfully in progress.

Solid Green Light: Your 50Ah power pack is fully charged, and the BMS has completed its cell-balancing cycle.
*Note: The LED will also show Green if the charger is connected to AC wall power but disconnected from the battery. This is normal standby mode, not a malfunction.

You should choose based on the max continuous amp draw of your controller, not just the motor wattage:

Can I get a custom discharge connector for my controller?

Yes, 100%. We make it completely plug-and-play so you don't have to do any dangerous soldering yourself. Our factory will pre-terminate our thick 10AWG silicone cables with whatever connector your setup uses—whether it's an XT90-S Anti-Spark, genuine Anderson plugs, XT60, or heavy copper ring terminals. How does the smartphone app monitoring work?

The pack has a built-in JBD Bluetooth module. Just download the official Xiaoxiang App (available for free on iOS and Android). Once connected, you can view the live voltage of each individual cell string, see exactly how many amps you are drawing while riding, monitor internal temperature probes, and track your true remaining percentage.

Is the fast charger included? How long does it take?

Yes, a premium BOOANT 58.8V 10A Smart Fast Charger is bundled in the box. Because it pumps out a true 10A current, it can fully charge this massive 2600Wh vault from empty to full in about 5 to 6 hours (standard 2A chargers would take over 24 hours).

*Note for standby: The charger's LED indicator will show a green light when it is plugged into the wall but disconnected from the battery. This is normal standby status, not a fault. It turns red when actively charging.

How should I store this battery during the winter?

Lithium cells hate being stored completely dead or 100% full. For seasonal storage, charge or discharge the pack to around 50-60% capacity. Use the digital ON/OFF switch inside the app to completely isolate the discharge circuit—this prevents background parasitic drain so you don't have to pull out heavy power cables. Store it in a cool, dry place and check the voltage every 2-3 months.

How do you handle the 2-year warranty if something goes wrong?

We own our production facility and assemble these packs directly, so we don't pass you off to middle-men. Your pack is covered by a 2-Year Comprehensive Factory Warranty covering cell defects, balancing failures, or BMS errors. If an issue pops up, our engineering support team will troubleshoot with you directly to get you back on the road.
